Amanda Righetti

Amanda Elizabeth Righetti (born Amanda Elizabeth Righetti) is an American actor and producer. She gained fame for portraying Special Agent Grace Van Pelt in CBS' police procedural drama series 'The Mentalist'. The Utah born, Righetti had always wanted to perform. As a young girl of just four young, she began to dance. She made her debut on the big screen in the year 1995, with the movie 'Love and Happiness. Being the CBS' CSI: Crime Scene Investigation guest on the show, Righetti made her small-screen debut. She began her career when she was a model in her early teens. Following her move to Los Angeles, Righetti continued playing small roles on the Fox teen drama 'The O.C.'. Righetti was in roles on the 2009 horror movie "Friday the 13th" and the film about superheroes "Captain America: The First Avenger", Fox's soap opera, 'North Shore' as well as the dramatic show 'Reunion.' Righetti played Grace Van Pelt from 2008 until 2015 in the acclaimed The Mentalist. The performance was praised by reviewers.
